Before implementation, our coach spends a few days onsite observing your business and getting an understanding of how you operate.
Day Zero is an all day session with the leadership team of your organization and your coach. Expectations are set and the team is introduced to the Effort System.
This is an all day session with the leadership team to set the long term strategy and goals of the organization.
Effective weekly meetings are the bedrock of the Effort System. We make sure you know how to properly run them and our coaches sit in on roughly half of them in a year.
Every 90 days the leadership team meets for an all day session to review the previous quarter and set new goals for the upcoming quarter.
