Privacy and analytics
Clear measurement without collecting what we do not need.
This page explains what the It Isn't Luck website collects, why it is collected, and how you can control optional analytics. Last updated July 9, 2026.
Contact and Systems Review requests
When you submit the Systems Review form, we receive the information you enter, such as your name, work email, company, website, goals, tools, and workflow context. We also save basic attribution context such as the landing page, referring page, and UTM campaign tags.
This information is used to reply, evaluate fit, prepare the requested review, and keep a record of the inquiry. Form submissions are processed through Cloudflare and Brevo.
Optional website analytics
Google Analytics 4 measures page views and funnel actions such as service-page interest, demo engagement, contact intent, form starts, and completed lead requests. We do not send names, email addresses, company names, website URLs entered in the form, or free-text form answers to Google Analytics.
Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings so we can find confusing or broken experiences. The entire lead form is explicitly masked, and Clarity also masks sensitive input content by default.
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you choose “Allow analytics.” You can decline or change that choice at any time using the analytics choices control on this page or in the site footer.
Hosting, security, and performance
Cloudflare hosts the site and may process standard request, security, and performance data needed to deliver and protect it. Cloudflare Web Analytics may also be enabled as a privacy-first view of visits and real-user performance; it does not track people across unrelated websites.
Cookies and local storage
Your analytics choice is saved in your browser's local storage. When analytics is allowed, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may use first-party identifiers to recognize sessions and understand repeat visits. Advertising storage and ad personalization remain disabled.
Your choices
You can decline optional analytics without losing access to the website or contact form. You can also clear site data in your browser to remove stored preferences and analytics identifiers.
