Our company name was inspired by the title of Eliyahu Goldratt's book, which introduced the Theory of Constraints, one of the areas that our Effort System draws upon to help businesses grow. However, our name isn't just a reference to a book; it's also a statement about our beliefs. We reject the idea that success is merely a matter of luck, and instead, we embrace Thomas Jefferson's famous quote: "I'm a great believer in luck, and I find the harder I work the more of it I have."
